The Plaster Manufacturing Center will offer short- and long-term training opportunities that cover a breadth of industry specializations and focus on the future of the advanced manufacturing industry. Specifically, OTC will focus on providing training in emerging and high-growth areas of the manufacturing sector, including:

- Manufacturing Technology
- Mechatronics
- Networking
- Precision Machining
- Cybersecurity
- Automation & Robotics
In addition, OTC also offers short-term and customized training through the Center for Workforce Development (CWD). These offerings include standard courses on workforce safety (including OSHA certifications) and technical skills that lead to industry-recognized credentials, such as the Certified Production Technician and Certified Logistics Technician programs. The CWD is also able to develop customized training programs tailored to specific employer needs and the new Plaster Manufacturing Center will provide flexible space for this customized training focused on manufacturing.
